GetPrompting collects only the information needed to operate the site, deliver requested resources and purchases, answer messages, understand whether the site is useful, and maintain security.

Information you choose to provide

This may include an email address submitted for a newsletter or free resource, a purchase email used for delivery and support, and information included in a support or editorial message. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential client information through ordinary email.

Payments and digital delivery

Stripe processes product payments. GetPrompting does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Depending on the product, delivery may use a Google Drive download, a Notion duplication link, or a verified ZIP download following Stripe checkout. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Email and newsletters

MailerLite may process email addresses, signup source, consent records, and email engagement for requested resources and newsletters. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe path. Transactional delivery or support messages may still be sent when needed to complete a purchase or answer a request.

Analytics and conversion measurement

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and GetPrompting’s conversion-event layer may process limited technical and usage information such as page path, referrer, approximate region, device or browser type, and actions such as opening a resource, checkout, affiliate, or consulting link. GetPrompting’s custom events are designed not to include form values, full URL query strings, or message contents.

Affiliate links and sponsored reviews

Some tool links may be affiliate links. A partner may use a cookie or referral identifier to attribute a purchase. GetPrompting discloses affiliate relationships and sponsored or access-supported reviews near the relevant recommendation. Compensation or free access does not guarantee coverage or a positive recommendation.

Other services and websites

Buy Me a Coffee handles voluntary support. Links to MichaelStables.com, Notion, Google Drive, software vendors, GitHub repositories, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Workflow Reviews and consulting inquiries are handled through MichaelStables.com and its forms or email systems.

Retention and your choices

Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information GetPrompting controls. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons.
