These terms apply to GetPrompting guides, free resources, digital products, and related site services. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to use the material lawfully and within the scope described on the relevant page.
Education, not a guarantee
GetPrompting provides practical education, examples, templates, and workflow tools. Results depend on your inputs, software, model behavior, environment, and review process. The material is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or security advice, and it does not guarantee revenue, performance, compatibility, or a particular outcome.
Products, payment, and delivery
Stripe processes product payments. The Creator SOP Pack is delivered through a Google Drive download. The AI Workflow Command Center is delivered as a Notion duplication link. The Creator Workflow System is delivered as a verified ZIP download after checkout. Buyers are responsible for supplying a working email address, saving delivered files, and checking the listed software or hardware requirements before purchase.
License and acceptable use
Unless a product page or included license says otherwise, a paid product is licensed to one person or one business. Internal team members may use it for that business. Contractors may use it only while working for the licensed business and may not keep or share a copy afterward. The buyer may use the system to produce client work, but may not give a client a reusable or duplicable copy unless that client obtains its own license.
Paid materials may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly posted, or used to create a competing template, workflow, or product library. Open-source workflow repositories remain governed by the license included with each repository.
The 14-day promise
If a paid GetPrompting product is not right for you, email michael@getprompting.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the product name, purchase email, and a short explanation of what did not work. GetPrompting will help resolve the access or fit issue or refund the purchase to the original payment method.
Support and updates
Access and delivery support covers reasonable questions about receiving or opening the purchased files. Product-specific installation support applies only where the product page states it. Support does not include custom implementation, ongoing consulting, or troubleshooting unrelated third-party systems. A purchase includes the version described on the product page; future feature updates are not promised unless stated explicitly.
Third-party tools
Products and examples may depend on Stripe, Google Drive, Notion, MailerLite, n8n, Ollama, OpenRouter, or other third-party tools. Their availability, prices, requirements, and terms can change. GetPrompting cannot guarantee that an external provider will remain available or compatible.
Affiliate links and sponsored reviews
Some links are affiliate links and may generate a commission at no additional cost to the buyer. A review may also involve free product access or sponsorship when disclosed. Compensation does not guarantee coverage or a positive recommendation.
Consulting separation
Workflow Reviews, consulting, and implementation work are offered through MichaelStables.com and are governed by the scope agreed there. Buying a GetPrompting digital product does not include a Workflow Review, custom build, or consulting engagement.
Ownership and site use
GetPrompting owns its original site copy, graphics, and paid materials except where another license or source is identified. Do not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site or interfere with its operation. Short quotations with attribution and ordinary links are welcome.
